Jason Kraus
Co-founder | Orthotica Labs
Jason Kraus has held executive management positions in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. Most recently, Jason served as Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer and Director of OHI, a private equity-owned business in the medical device industry.
Before joining OHI, Jason was a Partner in the practice consulting firm S.O.S. Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC and Co-founder of Benefoot Orthotic Laboratory, a leading provider of custom-made lower extremity products to physicians in North America.
Jason currently serves on the Board of IPED (Institute of Podiatric Excellence and Development) and has recently served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board of the American Podiatric Student Medical Association, Trustee of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management and Co-Chairman of the Corporate Partners Board of the American Academy of Podiatric Practice.
Jason is a frequent lecturer at medical conferences world-wide on a wide range of marketing and management topics, and has authored numerous practice management articles for publications in professional journals.
Peter Karolidis

Peter Karolidis is a dynamic, results-focused sales and marketing leader with an enviable record of driving growth and profitability in the lower extremity space. For nearly two decades, Peter successfully led commercial sales and marketing efforts for leading brands specializing in custom foot orthotics, AFOs and diabetic footwear across the United States and Canada. Peter and his teams have enabled thousands of practitioners to implement a variety of patient-facing 3D scanning and computerized gait analysis solutions. Peter’s sales experience also includes notable achievements in the IT security and third-party logistics sectors.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Liverpool where he graduated with Distinction in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
